It is a lively wine and food show organised by "Paviamostre", a special company from the Chamber of Commerce.

The initiative proposes an “ideal itinerary” through the tasty products of Pavia tradition. There will be an exhibition of 180 stands where the local goodies will be on display, tasting journeys for the satisfaction of any palate.

A total of five days in the name of good food "manoeuvring" among ‘risotti’, various cold meats, cheese, traditional desserts, all accompanied with the “great” wines from the Oltrepò Pavese

Gastronomic evenings, even a tournament disputed among the restaurateurs called "Quattro cuochi per quattro piatti" (four chefs for four dishes); sixteen among the best chefs of the province of Pavia will contend for the creation of the best menu of the years.

On e of the most anticipated events is the traditional "gastronomic twinning " between Pavia and Naples called "Pizza and Pinot".

The external area of the exhibition is in the Palazzo Esposizioni - p.le Europa – and hosts a space dedicated to the zootechnic-agricultural sector.
