  Teatri Andanti 2002
For the summer and until the month of October, the Teatro delle Selve organises the second edition of the stage event called "Teatri Andanti". The review develops with a number of shows held throughout various towns in Cusio (Lago d'Orta), and an appointment in Verbania.
"Teatri andanti" are those groups, those people and all those inventions of the "stage-suitable" which have no fixed residence, or rather roles in the theatrical system. They go anywhere, among the languages as well as in the various self-presentation opportunities. They search for a limit that can no longer be the one between hall and stage, between actor and spectator, but it has to be a jagged and mobile one, that includes a reconsideration of the landscape as suitable for the stage, and people involved as possibilities of stage suitability.
Almost every show declines, in its own way, a kind of popular theatre, reviews in the light of the experiences and acquisitions of a certain research theatre. We go from the traditional storyteller to marionettes; from the parade to story narration; onto the reaffirming of a repertoire that is all spoken: of stories, nursery rhymes and Milanese proverbs, all with music and offered to the public as a reflection on the relationship between contemporaneity and culture in its own way "founder" of dialect, of every dialect.
