«The album - Pino Daniele explains- is the synthesis of the Medina Tour 2001, with a completely female band, a part form my old friend, double bass player Rino Zurzolo... The tacks chosen are those we did in Macerata, and something in Taormina".
A first class feminine ensemble, the one that accompanied Pino during the tour: Rachel Z at the piano (already in Prince’s New Power Generation), Mia Cooper at vocals, Allison Miller at the drums and Miriam Sullivan at the double bass.

«It is the third live album I publish in my career - continues Pino – after «Live Scio» of 84 and «E sona mo» of '93, and that’s the one I believe has more continuity. The live experience is an important reference for a musician, playing among people. The previously unreleased «Un cielo senza nuvole», we recorded all live: a song dedicated to my family. But, generally speaking, it is an album made for the public, which has been following me for so long».

Among classics in the new album, «Quanno chiove», «Dubbi non ho», «Terra mia». Fifteen in all, the tracks chosen to make up an «unplugged» album, which goes through a quarter of a century of the extraordinary history of a musician who can weave music that moves throughout the world.
