RaiSat Created by Rai in 1998, RaiSat Spa signed an agreement with Tele+ in April 1999 which gave rise, from the 1st of July 1999, to the six channels RaiSat Album, RaiSat Art, RaiSat Cinema, RaiSat Gambero Rosso Channel, RaiSat Ragazzi and RaiSat Show. From the 1st of March 2001 RaiSat also includes RaiSat Fiction, a container of the best International and Italian fiction. From March RaiSat Art was enriched with RaiSat Abitare, a daily service dedicated to architecture, design, urban development and furnishing. Raisat produces specials and reportages in the great National and International events and happenings.
|  | 24oreTv Il Sole di 24 Ore now also rises with a satellite tv: 24oreTv. Twenty-four hours broadcast (ten in real-time) dedicated to personal finances, savings management, tax and tributary matters, stock exchange, in-depth reports on homes and mortgages, with an eye out for culture and leisure time. The tv channel is also made up of news, special reports and topic containers, managed by journalists and specialised correspondents, with updates on the stock exchange’s indexes and on the news in real-time. 24OreTv is visible in clear also by those who only have the satellite dish. The thematic channel is also visible on the terrestrial signal of the National network of Italia 3, from 6.30 to 9.00 every day.
|  | Stream Founded in 1993, from June '98 Stream operates all over the satellite digital television market, to broadcast and promote in this sector diffusive and interactive multimedia applications and services in Pay per View. Stream offers six thematic channels dedicated to tv and cinema, four focused on science, nature, exploring and travels, two thematic channels dedicated to cartoons and, finally, the channels for sports lovers, with a wide choice of International football, tennis, skiing, golf and car-racing championships.

Its audience is almost entirely made up by young music, culture and music videos lovers. Founded in 1993, in year 2000 it expands in Poland and Switzerland, and in 2001 it enters Hungary and Italy. The aim of the network, managed by Emi, Warner Music and Universal, is that of becoming the leader in the youth tv sector, offering music and music videos, granting attention to the local scenes.
