The first one keeps people up to date on the deadlines that can be collected from the towns' records (identity card, booking of a medical test, subscriptions), or on news concerning natural disasters or road accidents.

The service offers the possibility to have information available always and in any place, because they are delivered with an SMS directly on the mobile phone.

To access the service it is necessary to fill in an adhesion form. The experimental stage includes the municipalities of Albiano, Banchette, Borgofranco, Caluso, Castellamonte and Rivarolo.

The second service, called CALLDTC, is only for municipal employees. It is a true on-line consultancy service, permitting the request of information tied in to the activities of those working for the municipality.

After accessing the site made available by the DTC and the required section, the query is typed in and when it is received, the DTC forwards it by e-mail or by SMS to all the sector's experts who will reply within 48 hours on the DTC's site itself.
