ORPI every year promotes and organises events, meetings, conventions and exchanges of experience with sector operators and with the greater public in Italy and abroad, dealing with Europe, United States, Canada, Latin America, Asia and Australia.
ORPI affiliates, present in all Italian regions, have had to pass a selection that proved their having professional requisites and quality in the presented dishes.
The Order publishes, every year, a precious guide that contains the list of restaurateurs who adhere in Italy and in the world. All information is found in Italian and English (address, how to get there, indicative price), and a precious description of the place and its specialities.
Also, information on DOP and IGT, chef recipes, curiosities on regional cuisines and the indication of traditional dishes. Also interesting is the list of restaurateurs adhering to the Order throughout the world: restaurateurs who have brought Italian cuisine in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Oceania.
