The cosmopolitan and dynamic French capital is an ideal location to welcome the brand, which distinguishes itself with a heightened cultural and commercial transversality.
The affirmation of Italian Style abroad is achieved mostly in the field of design, and the Kartell Flagship Shop Paris wants to be a shop window on the world, in the context of an admittedly international vocation project.
The shop, set up by Ferruccio Laviani, is on two floors, covering a surface of 350 sqm. The shop windows facing Boulevard Saint Germain show the novelties of the Habitat division, displayed on walkable luminous footrests. Products are placed in such a way as to suggest solutions for a house's Living or Dining area.
Inside the shop, the colour of the Kartell objects stands out on the luminous footrests or in crystal sheets which either hang, or are hooked to the wall .
Kartell Office and Kartell Contract collections find space in the wide hall of the lower floor, where the products are laid out so as to recreate the office environment or a space which is in any case dedicated to the collectivity.
The styling of the Kartell Flagship Shop Paris recreates the décor that is typical in the other shops of the brand: a luminous and rigorous all-white, which makes the Kartell collection colours show up as they stand on transparent and linear supports.
Paris, a versatile capital and a curious interpreter of the last design and fashion trends, represents the ideal setting for the Kartell style: an Italian style, which has always, however, been drenched in a strong willingness to be international.
