Training courses in Latin America organised by the University of Padova continues.This year’s specialisation courses organised by the Venetian university were held with the patronage of the Padova Chamber of Commerce and the Venetian Region, aimed at undergraduates, graduates and entrepreneurs in Argentina and Brazil.
The course that took place in Buenos Aires has as its topic "Environmental economics and law " and was held at the Buenos Aires National University, from the 27th August to the 1st September 2001, with the participation of professors Francesco Bicciato and Massimo Occhiena.
Contemporarily in the cities of Rosario and Raffaela courses were held dedicated to "Systems of small enterprise in Veneto"; where professors Giancarlo Corò and Zeno D'Agostino alternated their work.
In Florianopolis (Brazil) professors Gabriele Orcalli and Francisco Leita held a course in "Law and Economics of regional integration ", from the 17th to the 22nd of September.
The organisation was entrusted to the Committee of Venetian Associations in Argentina who had as their aim that of promoting cultural and professional exchanges among the countries in question.
Participants are undergraduates and graduates of the Argentina and Brazil universities, sector entrepreneurs and experts, and people of Venetian extraction. At the end, there were two study grants given by the Venetian Region, one for each country.
As well as these two study grants, as it already occurred in previous years, there will be others promoted by the Padova Chamber of Commerce and aimed at people of Argentinean origin.
